Shipments and Returns

Ottica Dieci Decimi ships using the worldwide services of DHL and other reliable and safe express couriers.

We hope that your experience receiving your order at home will be the best.

Deliveries in Italy : the delivery fee for orders under €150 is €8 and is automatically calculated during checkout. Larger orders benefit from free delivery and are usually delivered in 2-5 working days.

Our delivery service is active from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00 on non-holidays. Orders are not prepared for shipment on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received during holidays or weekends are taken over and managed on the first following working day.

How to make your online experience easier and more satisfying:

  1. during checkout, make sure you have indicated a correct shipping address, with particular attention to the postal code of your area. Once your order has been shipped, it is not easy to change the destination. Doing so usually results in one or more days of delay on the initially scheduled delivery date;
  2. Before we can ship your order, you may need to wait for confirmation from your credit card issuer. We will do everything we can to minimize waiting times;
  3. we work closely with DHL and to minimize potential delays; However, we are not able to predict events such as strikes, inconveniences caused by bad weather or routing errors on international routes. Should unforeseen events of this kind occur, we will carefully monitor the delivery to ensure that it is completed;
  4. Before shipping, our opticians check the quality of each item and make sure it is free from defects. Should you receive a product that you have a concern about, please contact us immediately.

Prices include VAT. For this reason, it is under no circumstances expected that the carrier will require the payment of additional charges at the time of delivery.

Policy on Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. Contact us by phone or email to obtain a pre-filled label to use for your return.
