The Masahiro Maruyama MM-0046 col. 01 Black is a unisex optical frame from the Doodle collection, inspired by the free and spontaneous lines of scribbles. The model translates this concept into a deliberately irregular frame, in which geometric profiles and overlapping lines appear to have been drawn directly onto the face. It is one of the most recognizable interpretations of Masahiro Maruyama's "Unfinished Art" concept.

The Black/Black front features a large, geometric shape, close to a square but characterized by faceted and intentionally imperfect contours. The distinctiveness emerges above all in the double structure of the front: thin metal elements follow a different path than the normal lens contour, creating small gaps and overlaps that change depending on the angle from which the glasses are viewed.

The construction combines pure titanium and β-titanium, while the β-titanium temples end with acetate tips. The completely black finish makes the graphic play of the frame particularly effective: by eliminating the chromatic contrasts present in other versions, the focus shifts to the different lines, thicknesses, and the complex architecture of the front.

The dimensions are 50-23-140 mm and the model is Made in Japan. 2. Bridge - Distance between the lenses (usually between 15 and 25). The higher the number, the greater the distance.
