Deliveries in Italy : the delivery charge for orders under €150 is €9 and is calculated automatically during checkout. Orders over this amount benefit from free delivery and are usually delivered in 2-5 working days.
European Union:
- For orders over €400, Standard Shipping is free.
- For orders under €400, Standard Shipping costs €20.
United Kingdom:
- For shipments to the United Kingdom, customs duties are not included in the price and there is a delivery fee of €39.
United States, Canada, and Norway:
- DHL Express Delivery: €49

Our delivery service is active from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00 on non-holidays. Orders are not prepared for shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received during holidays or on weekends are processed and processed on the next working day.

Returns and Refunds Policy
To initiate a return request, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The withdrawal period, during which you can exercise the right to return the product, expires 14 days after the day on which you or a person designated by you, other than the delivery carrier, takes actual physical possession of the ordered product. In the case of multiple products ordered in the same order, but delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which you take physical possession of the last item delivered.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact. We will not be able to refund items that do not meet these criteria.
Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Customized items, including prescription and non-prescription lenses, are generally not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or do not match the prescription provided. Refund Method

1. Caliper - Measurement of the horizontal diameter of the lens at its widest point (usually between 48 and 58)
2. Bridge - Distance between the lenses (usually between 15 and 25). The higher the number, the greater the distance.
3. Temple - Temple length (usually between 135 and 150). If you've tried on glasses and noticed that the temples don't sit well, you should look for glasses with a temple length of at least 145 mm.
